If you can’t attend the AGM but still want to retain your voting rights, you can do so by filling out a proxy form. It is available through the “Publications” page on our website. You can have this returned to us with the person to whom you have given your proxy at the AGM registration desk.

• Horseshoe & Volleyball sign up at registration
• Organizing the Kids’ Baseball Game (Saturday, 6:00–7:00 p.m.)

• Parent volunteers needed to run this event.
• Baseball equipment will be provided. Please bring your own glove.
